Institutional Access Pathways for Namibia 30 Index (NAX30)

NAX30 is a blockchain-native digital benchmark designed to reference the performance of 30 selected securities listed on the Namibia Securities Exchange (NSX), structured as a rules-based, modified weighted index.

This page outlines the current OTC access pathway and the future centralized exchange (CEX) market pathway under a structured, transparent, and regulatory-conscious framework.

OTC Access

The official OTC pathway provides structured early access to NAX30 prior to broader public exchange availability.

Current Allocation Pathway

Official OTC Allocation

Prior to broader centralized exchange availability, NAX30 tokens are made available through a limited Over-The-Counter (OTC) allocation process. This provides early participants access to early-stage allocation pricing in a controlled, transparent, and orderly manner.

OTC Price N$0.50 per NAX30 token
Minimum Allocation N$50 (100 NAX30 tokens)
OTC Window Opens 24 February 2026
OTC Window Closes Upon full distribution of the allocated OTC round
Operational Use of Proceeds

Use of Funds and Market Preparation

Proceeds from the OTC allocation are intended to support operational development, including preparations for a potential centralized exchange (CEX) listing on BitMart, subject to independent exchange approval and prevailing market conditions.

The OTC pathway is structured to support orderly early distribution, administrative control, compliance screening, and market-readiness planning prior to any broader public market access.

Target CEX Listing Range: Anticipated public CEX pricing is expected to commence from approximately N$2.50 per NAX30 token, subject to independent exchange approval and prevailing market conditions.

Why OTC

Allocation Rationale

  • Structured access ahead of broader public CEX listings
  • Controlled early distribution designed to reduce initial volatility
  • Supports transparent allocation administration and compliance screening
  • Prepares for orderly order book formation ahead of any potential CEX listing
  • Helps maintain market integrity during early-stage distribution
Settlement and Delivery

OTC Delivery Process

All OTC allocations are delivered to the participant’s BEP-20 compatible wallet address upon confirmed receipt of cleared settlement funds, subject to compliance verification and operational confirmation.

This approach is designed to ensure transparent allocation execution and immediate token delivery once settlement is completed.

Eligibility

Participant Profile

OTC allocations are open to individuals, institutions, and strategic participants who understand digital assets and index benchmark instruments. Participation remains subject to compliance procedures, regulatory review, and applicable laws.

Future CEX Access

Future exchange-based access is intended to support secondary market participation under a formal market structure and disclosure framework.

Secondary Market Pathway

Future Centralized Exchange (CEX) Access

Following completion of the OTC allocation phase and subject to independent exchange approval, NAX30 may in the future be made available on centralized exchanges as a secondary market instrument.

Any such listing would operate on an independent supply-and-demand basis, with prices determined by market participants rather than redemption mechanisms tied to underlying securities.

Market Structure

CEX Framework

Future CEX trading would be structured as secondary market access only. NAX30 does not represent ownership in underlying NSX-listed securities, does not provide redemption rights into the underlying basket, and does not guarantee price alignment with theoretical benchmark value.

Listing on any exchange does not imply endorsement, regulatory approval, or investment suitability.

Liquidity and Pricing

Market-Based Price Determination

If listed, NAX30 may trade at a premium or discount to indicative benchmark value. Secondary market liquidity is not guaranteed and depends on market demand, order book depth, counterparty availability, and exchange operational status.

There is no obligation on the issuer or administrator to provide continuous liquidity or price stabilization.

Disclosure Framework

Secondary Market Controls

Future CEX access is governed by NAX30’s Secondary Market Disclosure, which addresses non-redeemability, market-based pricing, no profit expectation representation, exchange and counterparty risk, network and blockchain risk, and no fiduciary relationship.

Participants should review all published disclosures before engaging in any secondary market activity.
